Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency situations
We reserve the right to terminate or reschedule sessions if privacy or safety cannot be maintained.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality (HIPAA Notice)
We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

7. Payment & Billing
Clients are responsible for all fees associated with services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Insurance coverage, if accepted, does not guarantee reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychiatry services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

8. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed/no-show appointments may result in a fee.
9. Communications Policy
Email, messaging systems, and website contact forms are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for urgent matters.
Response times may vary. For clinical concerns, please use the established client portal or scheduled appointment system.
10. Limitation of Liability
By using this website and services, you agree that the provider is not liable for:
Technical issues affecting telehealth sessions
Decisions made based on website content
Unauthorized access to communications outside of HIPAA-compliant systems
